Day 5 of Kilimanjaro Climb

Well I have heard from Michelle, she unfortunately was unable to reach the summit this morning. She did get up and try but was physically exhausted and started to get sick with headache. She still feels rough now. Michelle is happy with having reached 4700m and so she should be.

Michelle isn’t sure if the rest of the team have told their loved ones how far they have reached so will update when I find out!

Once again Helen thanks for the blogs please keep them coming, we know my bro Dave’s lost his phone and may therefore have difficulty in getting in touch, so if you hear how he is and how he’s done that would be great.

Thanks Helen. The whole team can be very proud of themselves for their amazing efforts. Hope they are all feeling better soon and can enjoy a good REST (and a shower!). Looking forward to hearing more about it. Tell them to have a Krest Bitter Lemon from me – even if the malarone gave them mouth ulcers!
